I’m William Grosskopf. I’m a husband to an amazing wife, father to some awesome children and a committed follower of Jesus. I’ve been blessed to have a wealth of experience over my lifetime. Many times, the school of hard knocks was my best teacher.

I graduated from my local high school and sought out to learn a trade. I’ve always been a hands-on person and loved the challenge of problem solving. I started off doing various good paying jobs in the factories locally while I was building relationships in the trade of carpentry.

I learned all I could from some amazing men who taught me the tricks to the trade as well as developing a business mind set. Working with people in the public and expanding my wisdom and work ethic, I built a sizable clientele base. With little advertising and building a solid reputation, my contracting company was up and going.

For almost 30 years I dedicated my skills and knowledge to serving the people of my community as well as the ones surrounding it. In early 2000, I went through a radical life change in a church and my mindset was changed forever. I met a couple of great influential men who poured into me how to build and strengthen relationships. They shared by example how to read people and have compassion for them.

They taught me the power of investing in others. I learned how to push others toward success. I also learned to share victories with others as we learn to overcome the obstacles and challenges of life. I served over twenty years in men’s ministry and led most of them. Later I teamed up with a group of men and founded Men’s Fight Club.

Men’s Fight Club is a men’s ministry of a collective of churches. Over the many years of building relationships and investing in others, this became a success when I was involved in all those connections. I’d host monthly meetings often at my home and would take time to pour into the lives of our leaders.

I’d pass on the experiences and examples that made me passionate about helping others. I’d also prepare a meal for them. With the fellowships and meals, I became just as known for my food as well as ministry. So, a few years later we decided to make a run and try the business of a food truck.

We had success with our food products and had a great following of regular customers. We built an even bigger group of meaningful relationships. The connections we made were so amazing and the experience was awesome.

Being mentored was so important and influential in my life, that I had been mentoring some incredible men for a few years during all of this. I learned so much from these men that has forever blessed my life. Being a mentor and the Head Coach of Men’s Fight Club, opened my thoughts up to becoming a life coach.

I’m an associate pastor at my local church and had helped many men with counseling and advice. I learned the concepts of teamwork and team building while in the factories. I decided to put in the effort and train to be a life coach.

With many men offering confirmation to the idea and willing to give testimonials about the advice and care I’ve given them, I decided to launch into the business of coaching and mentoring men and teams. Leading and teaching men with and by example and experience is the key to this being successful.

Trained by LCTI school for life coaching, and armed with proven strategies, I believe I can inspire and help men to succeed in their lives in various areas. I specialize in time management, discipline, work ethics, leadership, spiritual development, self esteem, conflict resolution, motivation, determination, and mental strength to achieve their potential as sons, brothers, husbands, and fathers.

I help with team development, structure, and bond building strategies that make strong cohesion in functional groups were working together is necessary for success. Focusing on the team as a whole and why each person is as important as what they offer.

In developing this coaching business, I pondered over a name and came up with Integral Solutions. I love the meaning of the word integral. To make whole or complete. The innermost necessary part of competition. I help people with strategies to bring that missing piece to wholeness that takes them to the solution they desire.
